Internship information: F&B department – guest relations officer

Regular Tasks Undertaken by intern:
1. In western restaurant and bar to serve guest and handle some foreigner request.
2. Basic western restaurant service and banquet service and basic bar service
3. Drive foreigner IRC heart beat score.
4. Help F&B other outlet to handle foreigner need and complaint.
5. Involved some foreign company sales blitz with sales manager
