This quick course will be covered over two weeks with four hours of class a day, five days a week. You will have your weekends open to explore and discover Miami. Enjoy the diverse city while learning lots of recipes.

- Cooking Course: First week: Cold and hot starters, Second week: Fishes and meats
OR
- Pastry Course: First week: Breads, Viennoiseries and Chocolates, Second week: Entremets and Plated desserts
You will be paired with another student for the course. Skilled instructors will show you how to cook delicious dishes and prepare mouthwatering desserts. You will also learn how to present your food in a tasty and beautiful way.
