Program Description

Practice Tai chi for two hours in a traditional Tai chi school either in the morning or afternoon, and then learn Chinese at Omeida Chinese Academy in the other half of day. Could there be a more productive way to spend your holidays than learning Tai chi and Chinese at the same time?

With professional Tai Chi master and excellent training techniques, you will be provided with a safe and calm atmosphere to practise this ancient Chinese martial art. One to three months of Tai Chi course will cover the Chen 18 and 24 form as well as give an introduction to meditation and qi-gong. Students can study from a minimum of 2 weeks to more than one year.
Tai Chi is one of the most effective ways to develop healthy mind and body. Some of the benefits of Tai chi include:
