Job Description
- Daily Monitoring and processing of warranty claims
- Prepare technical reports and ensure timely submission of the same.
- Maintain the record of approved claims and follow - up of pending claims.
- Prepare MIS of monthly claim submission and recovery.
- Ensure dispatch of warranty failed parts to manufacturer within stipulated time.
- Analyze claim rejection and maintain warranty error rate given by principal.
- Ensure proper storage and dispatch of warranty failed parts for inspection from principal with proper tagging.
- Ensure timely disposal of warranty failed parts as per guidelines.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years or experience of warranty in two or four wheeler
- Based in Worli, Mumbai would be preferable.
