For one of our clients – we're seeking a highly-organized individual for the position Wallet platforms service agent with Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian & English.

We need a person with:
· Previous BPO experience;
· Financial background/ digital wallets; payments (advantage);
· Fluent languages – Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian & English;
· Used to dynamic and fast-paced work environment;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;

Requirements

Your role:
· Communicate with the company`s B2B and B2C clients mainly over chat and email.
· Help clients solve issues related to failed transactions, personal identification and assist with onboarding new merchants.
· Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service. • Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
· Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
