1. Track and grow the overall conversion rates through creating/editing their video sales letters (“VSLs”) and text sales literature
2. Create and edit customized VSLs as needed by 3rd party affiliate traffic-pushers
3. Document your learning and procedures carefully to lead and improve relevant departments
4. Speak and bond with customers over the phone or in-person to deepen rapport with the market
5. Find and create new conversion elements, such as JavaScript effects, video testimonials and authority news clips, augmenting their conversion efforts
6. Collaborate with their conversion rate optimizer to ensure KPI growth

1. Have superb written skills and good language articulation
2. Have a background in all web technologies related to conversion, e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and markup tools, JavaScript, etc.
3. Be ambitious in tracking conversion metrics and diagnosing issues to grow their KPIs
4. Have superior online and offline research skills to understand a market
5. Pat detailed attention to eliminating error rates of departments under your leadership
