Job Description
A leading corporate, fiduciary and fund administrator firm is seeking to recruit a Transfer Agent to join a fast-growing team in Malta. If you think you have what it takes, we at ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Process and review of investor trades and requests
Process subscription/redemption order requests
Perform AML checks
Maintain the Shareholder Register up to date
Liaise with investors
Provide periodic reports of the trading activities to Fund Managers
Report to the Assistant Manager, Fund Manager and Head of Operations

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fund administration and/or AML role
Diploma in Compliance and/or AML is an asset
Excellent administrative and business support skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Be meticulous and able to multitask
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
Excellent MS Office suite user
