Job Description

We are looking for a Training, Development & Recruitment Manager to join one of the leading companies in Malta. If you are a dynamic individual who wants to work for a fast-growing franchise operating within the retail sector, Ceek would like to hear from you!


What is expected of you?

•Assess and manage the monthly recruitment needs and processes
•Carry out interviews when directed by the HRM
•Benchmarking of rewards and benefits
•Organise team building events and courses whilst ensuring staff attendance
•Supervise, consult and follow up on training plans for new employees
•Provide feedback and generate reports as requested by the HRM
•Attend meetings as required
•Ensure compliance with internal procedures
•Act as the point of reference for any recruitment, training and development needs for both staff and management

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

◦Candidate must be fluent in Maltese, English and Italian
◦Willing to travel to training for up to 6 months and for other yearly meetings
◦Good organizational and interpersonal skills
◦Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment
◦Experience with managing and delivering training and recruitment drives
