TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management is looking for one of his clients a leading international logistic company for a Traffic Coordinator in Cluj.

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Maintaining a balanced team work according to the needs of the company, motivating his/her team through training and his/her management actions.
• Managing a team of drivers, coordinating their working plan, training and activity within the company.
• Leading, coordinating and supervising his/her team of traffic operators.
• Coordinating and supervising the operational tasks, including all the tasks related to the expeditions in progress and its quality performance.
• Supervising the performance during our operational activity, based on efficiency and optimal customer service criteria.
• Ensuring the trustworthiness of the information registered in our IT systems, in order to guarantee the possibility of analyzing the transport service traceability at any moment.
• Anticipating and controlling the solving of happened incidents as a consequence of our activity.
• Guaranteeing an optimal communication and interlocution with other company departments, putting always the spotlight on the internal coordination and performance of a quality service.
• Carrying out the tracking and situation reports related to his/her field of responsibility.

Minimum requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in international transport companies and similar responsibilities to the aforementioned.
• Verified experience in leading and managing teams.
• High level of English.
• Good IT skills
• A good knowledge of road transport legislation in force and its repercussions in our activity is a must.

It would be a strong advantage:
• A good knowledge of Spanish
