Job Description
* 10-15 years of IT experience
* 2-3 years of experience working on Service Now implementation in UK bank as Test Manager
* Candidates need to have experience of Service Now Change Management, Service Request and Incident Management along with a proven test background
* Hands-on Service Now IT services management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM) and IT business management (ITBM) workflows experience.
* Testing hardware infrastructure and associated applications such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Group Policies, Application Packages, Active Directory & Hardware Peripherals
* Analyze requirements and technical documents to produce, manage and review testing documentation, including test specifications and status & summary reports
* Develop, manage and execute test artefacts such as test cases, test scripts, bugs, tasks, test suites, test cases utilizing Excel or other Test Management Tools.
* Collaborate with clients and other IT Ops staff to ensure that issues, problems and defects that arise during testing are timely managed, escalated and resolved efficiently.
