For one of our clients – a leading multinational company in the BPOpharmaceutical industry– we are looking for Technical Support Specialist with Turkish/Italian/German/French or Dutch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance;
* Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products;
* Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements;
* Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:
* Fluency in Turkish, Italian, German, French or Dutch;
* Advanced level of English – B2-C1 and above;
* Previous experience is considered a big advantage;
* Interest in the IT sphere or university degree in something related;
* Ability to work on a night shift.
