Our client is a fast-paced growing company located in over 30 countries where they’ve been implementing innovative charging solutions for plug-in electric and hybrid cars.

The Job.

You will be part of their Technical Support team located in their office in Madrid while assisting customers from the Dutch market via phone, email or live chat.
If needed you will escalate unresolved issues to the L2 technical support and engineering team.

Requirements

The Profile.

For this role, the Company is looking for an eco-friendly candidate who is a fast-learner, professional and friendly. Please apply if:
– You are a native Dutch speaker with an excellent level of English (a fluent level of Spanish is a big plus)
– You have at least 6 months of experience in customer care
– You have a high affinity to the technology industry
– You are highly reliable, adaptable, and you have strong problem-solving skills

The Offer.

– Full-time job, 40 hours per week
– Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm or 11am – 8pm, rotating shifts)
– Salary: From 20.000€ gross per year
