Technical Service Manager Iberia

In this role you’ll be… responsible of the technical service organization for Iberia ensuring the customer business needs and demands.

You’ll have an opportunity to… participate in the deployment of the group’s global strategy, build strong relationships with sales and operations, coordinate pre-sales projects, customer support teams and technical areas.

You should possess… a business mindset of industrial environment and have lead a team effectively.


Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities
Manage, support and influence the Iberia technical service organization:
Project-Pre-Sales, Helpdesk & Planning and Technical Field Team
Assure the delivery of customer demands following the global MI strategy
Assure excellence of service in projects in collaboration with sales and technical teams, for response time, logistics, efficiency and proactivity
Participate in the alignment and deployment of the business strategy
Define and assure annual targets and budget management
Accountable of all administration and health & safety requirements related to service activity
Manage and overlook the field activity with outsourcing partners and network
Partnership with HR in performance, compensation, technical training, and lead other group’s transversal projects
Assure and follow metrics for operation’s and service’s overall performance, results, costs and revenue and OPEX

Requirements

Education and/or Experience Required

Engineering or Business Administration degree
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role as technical manager, in a field service activity or after sales of industrial customers
Senior management experience is required
Analytical and effective communication skills
Planning and project management skills
Highly self motivated, driven by results with strong business acumen
Proficient in SAP CS and Excel
Fluent in Spanish and professional English is required
