Technical Project Manager

-Gather business requirements; analyze design, create flowcharts, software design diagrams and component level architecture.
-Communicate the requirements, the analysis and architecture diagrams, and design documents to the technical team.
-Lead, guide and assist a technical team to create software systems or workflows, and processes that optimize client's business processes using knowledge of Microsoft.Net ----------Framework, 4.0/4.5, Visual Studio 2008, 2010, 2012, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, JQuery,
HTML5, Windows Azure, SQL Azure and LINQ.
-Supervise the development effort of these applications.
-Hold regular meetings with team to review source code, develop modules or troubleshoot code in case team is stuck or having any problems.
-Monitor and manage the development timelines to ensure timely delivery of the projects.
-Create task lists and/or project plans using MS-Excel and MS-Project.
-Assist in testing and final deployment of the application.
-Work on several projects that will span across multiple clients.

Skills / Experience:

-Experience in Client Handling/Team Management/Technical Architect will be helpful.
-Preferably should have Onshore-Offshore Team coordination experience.
-Mostly we prefer the candidate who is open to relocate to Plantation (FL).
-Should have ability to learn and adopt
-Retail or Supply chain domain experience will be more preferred

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in or equivalent in Computer Science.
-8+ Years of total experience in software development.
-Experience in Client Handling and Project Management.
-Candidate should be visa ready to travel outside the US
-Some traveling might be needed
