What you will do
They serve our existing in-house customers in our Global Partnering Business (OEM Systems) and are responsible for handling customer orders and inquiries. In close cooperation with internal and external departments of the global Tecan organization as well as with the various contact persons on the customer side, they contribute to increased customer satisfaction.

What you bring
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
2 years of work experience in a similar role
Business fluent German and English is a must, French is an advantage
Sound user knowledge in dealing with SAP (R3 - SD module)
Service and quality orientation
Proactive, independent, reliable and resilient personality
