Team Leader with Polish and English

For one of our clients – a company that delivers outstanding customer service and technical support solutions powered by innovative technology and great leadership – we are looking for a Team Leader with Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create strategies to increase the service level;
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new hires;
- Set clear team goals and engage all members to achieve them;
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team;
- Oversee day-to-day operation;
- Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements;
- Conduct analysis of the team’s performance and report to senior level management;
- Create an inspiring environment with open communication culture.

Requirements:
- Upper intermediate or higher level of Polish and English;
- Previous experience as a team leader would be an advantage;
- Solid experience in BPO or shared service environment;
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills;
- Assertiveness and confidence;
- Ability to work full-time;
- Good PC skills;
- Reliability and good organizational skills.
