What you will do
You are responsible for the further development and customization of our product portfolio in the diagnostic field. You work in a motivated R & D team working on the development of products for the solution of biotechnological and diagnostic applications in laboratory automation.

Count on your tasks
Professional and personnel management of a R & D team in the area of verification / validation and reliability, associated with coaching and training of employees
Coordination regarding design verification tasks
Plan and control test activities and test process optimization
Ensuring the execution and documentation of all work in the Verification Team according to ISO 13485 IVD / QSR requirements (Regulatory Compliance)
Active participation in various test and verification tasks

What you bring

Technical (engineering) or scientific studies
Experience in handling laboratory equipment and in the automation of laboratory processes
At least 5 years of professional experience in Test Design / Design Verification
At least 3 years leadership experience
ISTQB knowledge is desired, experience in the regulated environment (ISO 13485 / QSR) is mandatory
Basics in programming and database management
Independent and systematic way of working, coupled with strong and team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Technical affinity and safe handling of PC and laboratory equipment
Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
