Team Lead Risk Analytics (Fully remote recruitment process)

Your responsibilities:
* Support the quality delivery of Technology audit management actions in line with audit and Technology management expectations;
* Lead the liaison between audit and technology functions by managing regular discussions to ensure a smooth assessment, remediation and reporting process;
* Prepare and deliver periodic reports on status of Technology audit management actions to Audit and Technology functions;
* Coordinate and support the resolution of discrepancies raised between audit and technology functions during the remediation delivery process, including outstanding actions:
* Register and maintain risks and corresponding mitigations within the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Portal following risk assessments, management observations, audit findings, industry incidents, etc;
* Coordinate and support the development, publication and periodic review of the Technology Policies, Processes and Procedures to ensure documents are current and aligned to industry leading practice;
* Supporting the establishment of Group wide Controls Framework, following workshops and
walkthroughs with established control owners.
Requirements
Our requirements:
* Recognized university degree in accounting, finance, information technology or other relevant
discipline;
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience, specifically 3 years in Technology Operations or IT assurance;
* CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT certification or related professional qualification;
* Working knowledge of standard risk management/control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001 and ITIL;
* Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing organisation and industry;
* An effective communicator and a confident team player equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organisation ;
* Experience with managing and responding effectively with internal and external auditors;
*Very good command of both spoken and written English, other fforeign languages would be considered and advantage.
