Swedish Customer Support in Sunny Malta

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an energetic Swedish speaking Customer Support Agent to work in sunny Malta, a Mediterranean island with an affordable lifestyle and vibrant night life. The job includes:

- Helping our customer with all their inquiries;

- Explaining how to use our services and assisting the customers with on-going marketing campaigns;

- Helping out Payments and Fraud specialists in upholding security of the company and preventing fraudulent activities;

- Advising players on responsible gaming tools and acting pro-actively on player’s gaming patterns;

- Escalating to relevant departments as required;

- Online experience with Gaming Companies is considered an asset;

- Experience in assisting the customers via email and chat;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written;
