On behalf of our client we are looking for a Swedish Customer Support Agent to work in sunny Malta. Malta offers a rich Mediterranean lifestyle, as well as having a vibrant night life to match. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.

Responsibilities:

Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
Replying to emails in a professional manner
Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction

Fluent in Swedish both written and spoken alongside good English skills
Customer related skills/experience
Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
A positive attitude
Willing to work shifts
