• Support Engineer to perform L2 operations in telecom
• Incident Management - Resolve incidents within defined SLA’, Performs Quick fixes, Workarounds, Break Fix, Corrective and emergency support
• Asset and configuration management
• Availability and capacity management
• Continual service improvement
• Experience in System Testing, Integration Testing, user Acceptance testing
• Defect re-test and Defect Management for testing
