Job Description

What is expected of you?

Manage the day to day logistics operations
Conduct stock controls for different clients within the respective company
Issue invoices
Monitor stock levels – opening, production, total issues and closing figures
Maintain a healthy relationship with clients
Recommend potential improvements to better improve the department’s efficiency

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially in MS Excel and MS Access
Fluency in both oral and written Maltese and English
Excellent communications skills
Knowledge of Shireburn software
Work experience within the field
