Sr. Loan Processor

Sr. Loan Processor needs 2 or more years of experience with a broad understanding of all facets of mortgage loans or equivalent combination of experience
Sr. Loan Processor requires:
 education, and/or training as an Associate Loan Processor, Loan Processor and/or Senior Loan Processor
 Knowledge Loan Processing and Underwriting
 Knowledge of Mortgage Banking
 Ability to organize and coordinate projects
 Excellent Customer Service skills
 Ability to adapt to change
 Works well under time constraints
 Computer literate
 Consistency in order to ensure service levels are met
Sr. Loan Processor duties:
 Process jumbo loan files, verifying accuracy of documents received and reviewing loan files, to ensure all documents are received and correct
 Able to determine income for salaried borrowers and basic knowledge of self-employed borrowers
 Determine which documentation is needed to complete the loan files.
 Call borrowers, real estate brokers, and title companies to request specified documents, such as receipt for payment of outstanding tax bill
 Contact outside vendors and requesting necessary documents
