Job Description
Manage a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team of a Sport betting brand
Plan and oversee execution of the CRM plan across all channels and apps
Manage optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements
Hands on administrative and Back Office systems
Analyse, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys.
Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools
Take part in relevant project and initiate ideas
Report to stakeholders on all activity and plans – weekly and according to needs
Requirements
Requirements
At least 2 years' previous experience in a similar position
Sport savvy
Creative, imaginative and detail-oriented.
Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to brainstorm
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Fluent Spanish is a plus!
Excellent English Level Communication Skills
Experience in email marketing
Experience with Optimove – advantage
Bachelor’s degree –Preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing or other analytical domains.
