Careerfy is looking for an outstanding Developer of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to join our R&D teams. You will become a member of a small, highly skilled team that sets the direction and standards for the Careerfy products. You provide architecture and technology leadership as well as mentoring and you take a leading role in technical discussions with our teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Build and lead an AI and Machine Learning team building and deploying new products and solutions from the ground up with state of the art technology;
Apply your analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data and cloud technologies knowledge in building tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the services Careerfy provides to its customers;
Raise awareness of the potential applications of AI/ML within Careerfy to instil a culture of seeking and identifying opportunities for new solutions across the organisation;
Identify opportunities, in collaboration with Functional Heads and the Management team, and apply the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to build, test and validate predictive models;
To drive task times down both within Careerfy and in collaboration with customers to become industry leading in regards to data processing solutions whilst maintaining quality and safety;
Provide first class AI, Machine Learning and strategic input to projects; leading thinking and strategic planning for design, implementation and direction and able to defend robustly in meetings with senior leaders and clients;
Drive internal awareness and strategy for adoption of emerging AI & Machine Learning methodologies;
Create algorithms to extract information from large, multiparametric data sets;
Expert understanding and ability to write robust code in Python, Java and R. Knowledge of and experience in deep/AI & Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch;
Compare results from various methodologies and recommend best techniques to stakeholders;
Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation;
Design and develop a robust framework for the building, testing and deployment of models into a large scale, high performing and customer critical production environment.


Salary 60k - 80k euro per year. (Brutto)

Bachelor, Master or Phd in a scientific subject and relevant experience in applying AI and Machine Learning to real world situations;
3 + years leading a successful software development team;
Experience of delivering solutions within the recruitment sector is advantageous (other highly regulated industries may be relevant).
You are familiar with one or more vendor-specific SQL implementations (Postgres, MySQL, MSsql, BigQuery, Snowflake etc)
