Spanish speaking CRM Sportsbook Team Leader

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Spanish speaking Customer Relationship Management Sportsbook Team Leader to work in Sunny Malta. The position is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further.

The job includes:

- Management of a CRM team of a Sport betting brand;

- Planning and overseeing execution of the CRM plan across all channels and apps;

- Management of optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements;

- Hands on administrative and Back Office systems;

- Analyse, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys;

- Ensuring promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools;

- Taking part in relevant project and initiate ideas;

- Reporting to stakeholders on all activity and plans.

- At least 2 year previous experience in a similar position;

- Sport savvy and enthusiast;

- Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to brainstorm;

- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office;

- Experience in email marketing;

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or other analytical domains.
