The Sourcing Manager position ensures optimal sourcing strategies are developed and implemented successfully across the enterprise.
Ideal candidate
Procurement/RPO/Purchasing/ Supply Chain background, good connections with suppliers, managing supplier base
Fluent/Native in German with min. B2 English
Knowledge of German labor law

• In-depth category, supplier and market place knowledge
• Understanding of customer requirements, experience in sourcing process and total cost of ownership practices
• Market analysis
• Financial analysis and recommendations
• Contract terms, development of negotiation strategies and supplier negotiation
• Risk assessments
