Sophia High Tech is an engineering outsourcing services company for customers all over the world that need support in IT, Hardware and Testing activities with headquarter in Italy.
Sophia High Tech is supporting Bombardier, the world's leading manufacturer of both planes and trains. In order to expand their team in Germany, we are looking for:

Software Change & Configuration Manager (Location: Mannheim, Germany)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all software inventory, documentation, and product releases
- Manage bill of materials including software, create baselines and provide input to the product release process
- Define and implement procedures for releasing new products or improvements to existing products throughout the entire life cycle of the associated system
- Identify and track product configuration throughout the production process in order to document changes
- Evaluate and manage proposed changes, track the status of changes and implement product configuration management guidance
- Provide change management data (metrics) to support internal and external customer communication
- Conduct and facilitate Change Control Boards (CCBs) to manage changes to software baselines
- Assist in management, maintenance and automating of CM tools
- Provide support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items

- At least 2 years of experience in cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand impact of changes in software, hardware and mechanics
- Knowledge in the usage of Jenkins, IBM Rational Team Concert, Microsoft SharePoint, Windows, Linux
- General understanding of baselining and integration processes
- Automotive SPICE Knowledge
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability of analytical thinking and structured approach
- Structured, self-driven and process-oriented person
