Site Reliability Engineer (Berlin or Paris)

Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with the rest of our cross functional teams and ensure that products meet their non functional requirements, such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability. You will contribute to the development of our platform and general infrastructure. Our SREs understand how the software delivery chain works and how to ensure agility and reliability.

In a nutshell, this role is for you if you are comfortable with concepts such as Cloud Native Architecture, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements

At ease with a fast moving, ever changing technological landscape.
Confident programming skills in Python and bash scripting.
Operating and administering of SaaS on Google Cloud Platform.
Working experience on cloud native architecture: Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, microservices architecture, distributed monitoring.
GitOps & declarative infrastructure.
Monitoring and alerting background, from logs and metrics to alerts and dashboards.
Prior experience creating and monitoring SLI and SLO respectively.
Experience being on call, managing incidents and scheduling rotations.
Comfortable being part of a distributed team and asynchronous communications.
