Shareholder Services Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Shareholder Services Associate to form part of the Shareholder Services Division, for one of our clients. If you are meticulous with an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.


What is expected of you?

Day to day processing of Shareholder Subscriptions/Redemptions to ensure quick and effective transaction processing
Administering the processing of transactions in line with internal procedure and controls, and maintain electronic and physical records
Other day to day general operational duties.

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

An ‘A’ Level standard of education;
Computer literate with experienced in the use of MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment;
Able to work under pressure, while being a good team player
