Job Description

We are looking for a talented Service Desk Systems Engineer L3 to join our IT department. Your main responsibility will be managing the incidents in servers, being able to investigate the root cause of problems and handle infrastructure changes in physical servers and virtual environment.

Requirements

Good English level (minimum a B2), capable to communicate in English.
European Citizenship or valid work permit in Spain
Higher education in system engineering, telecommunication or similar.
Minimum two years of experience working in a similar position.
Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
Previous experience working in Linux environment, RedHat (plus).
Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA

The salary package is 24.200€ gross a year, getting an increase on the salary after 6 months depending on performance (27.200€ gross a year).
