Senior UX/UI Designer

YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing all aspects of our design and creative output. It's a senior role, with accountability for online and offline design output and commercial success of the design and creative department. You will ensure design and creative deliverables are aligned to expectations and executed within timescales.

You will work directly with our engineers and product stakeholders - as well as be in direct contact with our customers and end users to understand their needs and how that translates into product improvement. We require you to get your hands dirty and develop visual designs on equal foot as other team members.

YOUR PROFILE:

You are an expert in product design, UI, and UX. Proficient in Adobe XD or Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Ideally, you also have knowledge of After Effects and InVision.
Your portfolio is so beautiful and inspiring that we would want to speak with your without knowing anything else about you.

You have a strong interest in helping others become amazing designers.

You have a genuine enthusiasm for digital, and pride in the quality of work as well as an eye for beautiful design.

You know how to set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.

You follow a structured method of organizing your designs and prototypes allowing for easy understanding and future itterations - incl. making things easy for other designers to take over your designs

We will provide the relevant employment pass to work in Malaysia and cover your travel expenses.
