Senior UX Designer (ref 7747)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior UX Designer you will conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information, architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
You also design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, following our brand guidelines aligning with the other verticals of our offering (live casino, slots, venues).
Furthermore, you support the product team with creative input and work closely with the brand team to align on brand guidelines.
The creation of user requirements specifications, personas, wireframes, mock-ups, clickdummys, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications is also your goal.
Moreover, you collaborate with the development team to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Last but not least, you participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, product officers, project management, compliance and frontend developers, additionally you play a part in crowd- and other testing events to monitor the UI/UX.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years work experience in a UX and Interaction design role and at least 2 years of experience in the online gambling industry (ideally in the Sportsbook niche), especially with prototyping apps, e.g. Figma/Adobe XD
In-depth knowledge of responsive layout, design and usability with HTML5 and CSS3, as well as the ability to work in a very high pace environment
Assertive personality as well as independent and proactive way of working
Strong creative and collaboration skills with a variety of colleagues (suppliers, developers, PO's, agencies)
Knowledge in retail applications and experience in PWA specifics are a plus
