Senior Sports Affiliate Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Sports Affiliate Manager to work in sunny Malta. You will be expected to deal with strategic and business accounts while also developing the company's new acquisition relationships. The position is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further.

Responsibilities include:

- Setting up of new affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in place and working correctly to enable full optimisation of the account by following all different sources of traffic;

- Responsible for and targeted on performance of assigned affiliates;

- Responsible to build and develop relationships with assigned affiliates to widen cooperation;

- Connect with key affiliate partners daily;

- Acquire new affiliates and strengthen the existing partnerships;

- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates;

- Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends;

- Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs;

- Report to the Head of Affiliates on a weekly basis.

- Minimum 2 years account management experience within the iGaming industry;

- Experience in Sportsbook;

- Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts;

- Problem solving and analytical skills;

- Knowledge of affiliation systems;

- Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills.
