Senior Software Developer

What you will do
In this function they are responsible for the programming and realization of software projects for customer-specific products in the field of laboratory automation. In order to optimally capture the customer's requirements, our sales specialists actively support them in the on-demand assessment of the customer, develop solution concepts and prepare offers. In addition, you are able to conduct training on the customer side and to provide support for the realized projects.

Design and implementation of software functions in a technical environment with object-oriented programming languages
Interface definition
Extension and maintenance of existing software products for modular platforms
Programming of device drivers
Support of the overall project manager in integration and testing
Overall responsibility for customer projects with a high software component
Process-compliant documentation

What you bring
University or college degree as a computer scientist or engineer
At least 3 years industrial experience ideally in the field of industrial automation or robotics
Proven proficiency in programming in object-oriented programming languages
(C ++ and C # as well as HTML and JavaScript experience beneficial)
Software project management experience
UML and Design Patterns
Ideally, experience in technical sales support
Mandatory German and English skills in spoken and written
Interdisciplinary and customer-focused mindset
