The Job.
In this role, you are responsible for the quality delivery of recruitment services to your Clients, for Account’s/Client’s Management and for new Business Development. In addition, you are expected to contribute to the Team’s drive and development of the company.
Recruitment and Account Management:
- Responsible for the full recruitment process of your openings – from junior to executive roles
- Qualification of position and profile’s requirements
- Searching, sourcing and headhunting of candidates through own and company’s network
- Candidate’s interview and suitability assessment
- Candidate management: coaching, feedback, support, follow up, etc.
- Development of network, visibility and new candidates’ sourcing channels
- Building strong market knowledge and expertise in the job
- Day-to-day Account management and partnership management with your clients
Business Development and Client’s Partnership Management:
- Conduct Business Development activities to grow/maintain your clients’ portfolio and to diversify your offerings to your candidates
- New Client’s Partnership Management: responsible for acquisition, contract management and ensuring quality delivery of services
Team:
- Integrate in the team and contribute to the drive and team’s spirit
- Initiate and participate in Team’s and Blu’s project
- Be a real team player: support other team members in any of their recruitment activity if needed
Further Development:
- Depending on your potential, commitment and development, you will be expected to take on leadership and operational management responsibilities within the company.
Requirements
The Profile.
– You have an excellent level of English – additional language is considered a plus
– You have previous experience in a B2B environment – experience in recruitment is considered as a strong advantage
– You have a strong interested in the Recruitment Industry
– You are humble and bring the best out of people
– You are able to put the team’s needs before your own
– You are a hands-on and hard worker with the extra-mile mentality
– You have a professional and committed attitude in whatever you undertake
– You have business acumen and clients’ management skills
– You are service and quality oriented
– You are a self-starter, independent and able to take ownership over your tasks
– You are self-motivated and a strong contributor to a team
– You are target and goal oriented, and always challenging yourself
– You can handle changes, challenges and do not run away from chaos!
