In this position, you will report to the Head of Platform Projects and work within an interdisciplinary team. With great pleasure for your profession, they carry out demanding development tasks and are responsible for project management from A to Z. Together with a team of highly qualified scientists and engineers, you conceive, develop and realize highly complex products from the idea to series production for the life science market. The focus of her work is project management, team leadership, design transfer, industrialization and procurement within the project. Compliance with regulatory requirements and processes, as well as ensuring the smooth flow of information between different departments and stakeholders, are key to achieving the goals. In addition, you work closely with the responsible product managers. Your enthusiasm and your confidence will help you to convince the customers of our solutions.

Conditions:
University degree (University / FH) in natural sciences, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable education
They have at least 5 years of experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams
They are familiar with modern project management standards and methods and ideally bring with them certification in project management
You have experience in project management in instrument development, preferably in the field of medical technology and are familiar with agile project management
It motivates you to maintain contact with international customers and to inspire them for our solutions

Very good German and English skills
Very good MS Office knowledge
