Senior Operations Manager

What is expected of you?

Assist the COO in the day-to-day management of the office and represent the COO in projects and meetings, as delegated
Assist in the development of business management goals and objectives
Assist in the design and implementation of business plans and strategies to promote the achievement of goals
Ensure that adequate and suitable resources are available
Review current operating practices and procedures to determine whether there is scope for process re-engineering and improved productivity
Record meeting discussions and eventual follow-ups on action points as required
Ensure project completion through delegation, follow up and evaluation of progress made
Maintain professional and technical knowledge

A Bachelor’s degree in law or an equivalent financial services qualification
A minimum of 8 years working in a related area
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
A proven track record in working with a variety of people ranging from Administrators to C Level
Excellent communication skills
