Senior FX Products Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FX Products Officer, to join a prominent online bank, that will be responsible for the promotion of corporate products while maintaining client relationships. If this sounds like the job for you, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Actively promote the Banks products, with focus on FX and payment services, while enhancing the Bank’s Forex turnover and profitability.
Assist in the development of a loyal customer base by building relationships with key decision-makers to grow the business.
Arrange FX deals with customers.
Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure seamless Forex transaction execution.
Support customers in completing transactions.
Ensure control requirements of the business are adhered to.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Keep abreast of the latest market developments.

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
Diploma or Degree in Banking or equivalent in technical knowledge and skills
At least 4 years’ experience working in a similar environment
Knowledge of anti-money laundering laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
