Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Senior Customer Support to work remotely. The position is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further.

The role involves:

- Answering customer’s enquiries via email and live chat;

- Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience;

- Verifying customer accounts and processing payments;

- Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players;

- Assisting in fraud and risk management;

- Taking care of VIP players.

Requirements

- Previous Customer Service Experience and iGaming Experience;

- Previous VIP Experience;

- Fluent written and spoken English;

- Previous experience with Bitcoin is considered an asset;

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
