The job includes:

- Answering customer’s inquiries via email and live chat;

- Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience;

- Verifying customer accounts and processing payments;

- Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players;

- Assisting in fraud and risk management;

- Taking care of VIP players.

Requirements

- Previous Customer Service Experience;

- iGaming Experience;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Previous VIP Experience is a big plus;

- Impeccable English – written and spoken;

- Superb problem solving skills;

- Ability to work independent and as a part of a team;

- Be able to handle stress;

- Previous experience with Bitcoin is considered an asset;

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
