Senior Credit Risk Manager

What is expected of you?

Lead a team dealing with applications
Liaise with European Central Bank as applicable
Conduct second reviews of applications
Guide and mentor team members and act as a reference point to the team
Work across functions to ensure collaboration for shared goals
Set goals for the team and cascade it to all team members with specific focus on prioritising work flow and meeting deadlines
Act as a point of contact with applicants and stakeholders
Partake in ad hoc assignments related to specific issues that arise from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

A solid academic background in financial services
A bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar senior role
Practical knowledge in regulatory frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good organisational skills, multitasking skills to meet deadlines and attention to detail
Highly-developed sense of teamwork and cooperation as well as the ability to listen actively and to work on one’s initiative as necessary
