What is expected of you?
Lead and guide a team of banking professionals in achieving departmental goals
Review work done by the junior members of the team
Meeting with clients and resolving any problems or complaints
Monitor and review levels of compliance set in company policies
Detect and report issues which may arise
Handle any other duties as assigned by the Department Head

A Degree in a Financial Services related subject
Extensive background in Banking
A thorough understanding of banking rules and guidelines
A minimum of eight years' experience in a similar role
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
