Senior Affiliate Manager (ref 7871)

Job Description

Our client focused on international markets and working towards the further growth of the Gaming Group beyond the traditional markets. We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take on one of the leadership positions within the Affiliate Team.
Building, managing and growing Affiliate relationships are the main responsibilities for this role with a goal to meet the company’s long term incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution. Experience working in UK, Finnish, Canadian and/or Estonian markets would be a bonus.
As an important member of the Affiliate Team, it is important that you can communicate daily with Affiliate networks, manage internal and external stakeholders, and focus on achieving KPI's and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Researching and penetrating .com and regulated markets (UK, NL) to acquire affiliate partners.
Monitoring and analysing existing affiliate performances based on standards KPIs such as conversion rate, player value, NGR and ROI.
Handling affiliate program budgets and managing the costs or RS, CPA and CPC models.
Meeting all quarterly and yearly KPIs.
Manage commercial agreements, commission models and short and long-term incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution.
Regularly attend senior management meetings to present on targets and progress.
Working closely with the CRM Team to improve conversion and retention rate.
Acting as the key interface between the Affiliates and all relevant divisions.
Introduce innovative promotions to incentivise affiliates and drive customer acquisition.
Analyse the competitor landscape and utilie the best practices to develop the affiliate program.
An ongoing review of affiliate compliance risk and auditing all affiliate sites to ensure that all UK partners are compliant would be also an appreciated contribution.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience within affiliate management.
Experience with both Casino and Sportsbook products
Experience working in UK, Finnish, Canadian and/or Estonian markets would be a bonus.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel to various conferences and meet-ups on a regular basis.
