Second Level Technical Support Agent with English

For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are looking for Second Level Technical Support Agent with English.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process client inquiries regarding technical issues;
* Gather information and perform evaluation of the case;
* Follow the pre-determined support procedures;
* Transfer cases to other departments whenever needed;
* Verify device details, including parts and identification numbers;
* Prevent security incidents and fraudulent activity.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English;
* Previous experience on a technical support position;
* Strong knowledge of HP, Dell, IBM and Fujitsu desktop or Retail POS will be considered an
advantage;
* Solid multitasking skills;
* Ability to react quickly.
