SAP Senior HR Business Analyst

Contract - open to Fixed Term or Daily Rate

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

SAP Business Analyst to be responsible for delivering initiatives within the HCM functional area
Responsible for managing HR systems change request and support activities
Design, develop and deliver enhancements in the form of specific mini-projects and change requests
Liaise with our remote team member in India to complete change requests
Overall ownership of support calls, ensuring the team's SLA's are met with a strong customer service focus
Generate dashboards to demonstrate the team's progress in change request and support call completion
Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
Support of Performance Management Application
Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects
Design and deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value
Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
Compliance with company documentation standards
Provide assistance in the resolution of complex support calls escalated by other team members
Technical mentoring and development of graduates and new joiners to the team where required

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline
At least seven years' experience in hands-on configuration and implementation roles within the SAP HCM module
Experience in a HCM lead role
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Experience in the following HCM SAP modules: Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, ESS, MSS.
Experience in supporting performance management application would be a distinct advantage
