Emerson Croft is seeking sales ops administrators for our partner companies that love to help others and have a wide-reaching impact across an organization.
We’re looking for someone who’s just as at home interacting with customers as they are navigating a digital space. You’ll be responding to customer questions, explaining processes to them, and providing updates on projects as needed. You’ll also need to be versatile, with strong critical thinking, and organizational skills, as well as being eager to learn and grow within the role. Much of your time will be spent enabling others, performing research or providing documentation on findings.

Requirements
Experience in direct sales or marketing
Experience managing people of diverse backgrounds with a focus on exceeding KPIs
Experience in a job that required significant networking
Ability to manage unforeseen issues with creativity and a cool head
Superb written and spoken English skills
Nice to have:
A background in impulse-driven niches, e.g. bizopp, weight loss, alternative health, personal development, etc.
