Sales Manager (based in Malta)

Our client is currently looking for a driven Sales Manager to mentor and motivate their sales team. If you have a passion for exceeding targets and a drive to train the best sales team in the business, we would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Devise a sound sales strategy and action a plan that will drive company sales target
Motivate and incentivise the team daily with briefings, competitions and more
Provide ongoing coaching and training of the agents and new team members to achieve targets and improve individual performance
Create reports on team performance and create effective action plans in order to optimise KPI results
Manage the team schedule in order to maximise proactive contacts while maintaining adequate reactive support to achieve agreed KPIs
Deal with issues escalated by team members or staff from other departments in an efficient, timely and highly professional manner
Liaise with other departments to enhance and improve the communication and workflow
Adopt, maintain and promote the Company Values, without exception, by leading by example and leading the team in accordance with them
Sustain a comprehensive understanding of processes and systems and proactively seek opportunities for positive improvements
Support and monitor the shift to achieve or exceed daily & weekly KPIs.

What are you expected to bring?

Documented sales success within a cold-calling environment
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in managing staff with KPIs and ambitious targets
An entrepreneurial mindset and creative business skills
An ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
High analytical skills with an interest in details
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive applications
The ability to rapidly adapt to new situations with a can-do attitude
