Our mission is to educate exceptional bartenders from all over the world; making the world taste better, one cocktail at a time. With three global offices and a dedicated team of professionals, we have trained over 50,000 bartenders from across the globe in the past 16 years.

As part of our marketing efforts, we maintain more than 15 websites and a variety of social media channels across all of our markets. Our communication is key, our target demographic young, fun and always more than willing to engage with the right material.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a charismatic, energetic and driven Sales Manager to manage a team of 20+ international sales professionals. No two days will be the same; you’ll have to mentor and guide your team to success whilst ensuring the heart of the business is operating at full capacity.

You’ll have a proven track record in successfully managing and motivating people to achieve their goals. You’re not afraid to challenge the way things are done, and bringing fresh innovative ideas to improve things for the team is something you enjoy. Your communication skills will be strong enough to influence the masses whilst also being an open listener for when things need special care and attention.

This role is made for a talented and ambitious leader who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Coach, lead, inspire and engage the sales team
• Developing and optimising sales strategies
• Call monitoring, highlighting development areas
• Implementing a clear vision for the sales department
• Creating a positive, energetic and motivating work environment to maximise performance
• Goal & objective setting
• Performance reporting
• CRM Management (Salesforce preferred)
• Building strong relationships with all areas of the business

Requirements

We’d like you to have;

• 2 years management experience in a sales environment
• 2 or more years first hand sales experience
• Strong analytical mind-set
• Fluency in English (C2 level minimum)
• Experience working in diverse teams
• Omni-Channel sales experience
• Salesforce experience (desirable)
• The desire to constantly self-develop
