Sales and Office Assistant

Our client is looking for a highly motivated candidate, with a positive attitude, and great organization skills.

What is expected of you?

-Attend to calls by customers for information on products and services with a sales approach.
-Record and respond to customer issues on phone and e-mail in a timely manner.
-Be responsible to run the office including all administrative tasks.
-Assist the director and manager in any of their regular work.
-Assist in the running of educational tours.
-Coordinate with international back office for the recording of expenses, salaries and accounts.
-Maintain the local customer relationship management system.
-Input orders into the sales system and follow up with customers for payment and order completion.

What are you expected to bring?

-Native Serbian and excellent English coupled with a minimum of another 2 European Languages
-At least 2 years of experience in a sales / customer service in the hospitality or tourism sector.
-Good use of IT products as well as social media
-Highly organised with the ability to multitask.

-Extremely polite and patient to deal with customer issues.
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to deal with complex situations
